At present, this post is held by Brett Murphy, who was tracking Vortex in Earnest, Colorado when all communications were lost due to severe weather. Quantum was dispatched to intercept I-Ball and retrieve any of his scanning equipment for data mining. I-Ball's status is currently unknown.
