Notes: Conrad Mitchell operated under Vincent Creed's command during his time with the Special Operations Squadron. Later, when Division Q's Project Quantum was still in its formative stages, Creed recruited Conrad as a test subject for genetic manipulation based upon the research of Charles Foster. Conrad was the program's biggest success, and was actually the leading candidate for the field designation "Quantum" before Vincent found and retrieved a true paranormal. Unfortunately, Conrad suffered several adverse reactions from the experimentation, including severe aggressive tendencies. He was critically injured in a sparring match with Quantum, and now resides in Division Q's Intensive Care Unit with little hope of meaningful recovery.
